- The front end worked. Link CTR was 2.3% at a A$38.96 CPM. 1,137 people reached the page. 139 of them clicked the offer button. That is 12.2% of page visits, at A$15.07 each.

NNH Subscription V2(a purchase). Delivery stalled at A$139.89. 21–26 Oct: the new ad sets optimized forNNH_First30DaysClick(the button click). Spend scaled to A$756.73 on 25 Oct. Meta found button clickers. It did not find buyers, because almost none existed to learn from. - The ADV vs LP split did not run as a clean test. Only 4 ADV ads ran. They stayed on the purchase event and used different creative from the LP ads. They spent A$198.39 and drove 41 page views. GA4 shows ADV visitors from these ads stayed about 1 second. Other pcos-informer.com traffic in the same week stayed 60–130 seconds. Treat the ADV result as unread, not as a loss.
- All verdicts are no-call. No ad reached a purchase floor. The ranking below is on button clicks only.

LOOKING FOR 20 WOMEN READY TO TURN “WHAT DO I DO NOW?” INTO A CLEAR 30-DAY PLAN. Tam Woods is opening the first release of the First 30 Days plan to a small group of 20 women. Why only 20? Because every kit includes a new weekly video from Tam, a private community and access to a naturopath for questions. That level of direct support works best in a small cohort. Tam has lived with PCOS for 15 years. She became a clinical nutritionist, spent years supporting women in clinic and created the guided first month she wishes she had been given at the beginning. Over four weeks, Tam will help you: ✓ Week 1: Understand PCOS and choose the goal that matters most ✓ Week 2: Build nourishing meals without restrictive dieting ✓ Week 3: find manageable ways to support movement, sleep and stress ✓ Week 4: Create a personal plan with 2–3 habits to continue By day 30, you’ll be working toward less confusion, a routine that feels manageable, better questions for your next appointment and a clear plan for the months ahead. Supplements work gradually, so around 90 days is a useful time to review your progress. These first 30 days build the foundation: clarity, consistency and a plan you can realistically follow. Sometimes, getting a PCOS diagnosis means looking back at things that didn’t make sense before. The breakouts that kept coming back. The irregular cycles. The different things tried along the way. Having an explanation can be a relief. But it can also leave a lot of questions. What should I eat? Are my supplements right for me? Where do I actually start? Hi, I’m Tam. I’m a clinical nutritionist, the founder of Nourished Natural Health, and I have PCOS myself. For me, that’s meant acne, irregular cycles and challenges with fertility. So I know how much headspace this can take up. That’s why I created Nourished Foundations, a small, four-week community included with The First 30 Days Kit. You’ll have direct access to me and Shelley, our Nourished naturopath. We’ll help you talk through what you most want help with and choose some manageable changes to start with. Over those four weeks, you’ll have: ✅ Help making sense of your symptoms, so you can bring your questions somewhere instead of searching on your own. ✅ Meal ideas, recipes and shopping lists to make deciding what to eat a little easier. ✅ Guides to help you prepare for doctor’s appointments and put your questions into words. ✅ Small, practical changes to food, movement, stress and sleep that fit around everyday life. ✅ Support as you go, so a confusing day doesn’t have to mean figuring everything out again by yourself. And you’ll be alongside other women who understand. Somewhere you can say, “This is really frustrating,” or share a little win and have someone cheer you on. We’re keeping this first group to around 20 women so there’s room for those conversations. It’s included with The First 30 Days Kit: AndroEase Plus, CycleBloom, my book and audiobook, plus practical guides and four weeks inside Nourished Foundations. A period arrives late in April, the jawline breaks out by July, and by October there are dark hairs on the chin that keep coming back. Each sign gets its own explanation: stress, a new face wash, genetics. The World Health Organization lists irregular periods, excess facial hair and acne among the possible symptoms of a common hormonal disorder, and estimates that up to 70% of women who have it don't know. Signs like these are worth raising with a doctor. Tam Woods, a clinical nutritionist who has lived with that disorder for 15 years, wrote down what she wishes she'd known first, and her First 30 Days Kit includes a Doctor Appointment Prep Guide for that visit. Enrollment closes Sunday, October 25 at 11:59 p.m. PT—or when all 20 spots in this release are filled. The World Health Organization estimates that up to 70% of women with a common hormonal disorder don't know they have it. The signs are easy to explain away one at a time: a late period, a few chin hairs, thinning at the part, breakouts that won't settle. It took Tam Woods years to get a name for her own signs. She's now a clinical nutritionist, and she's written down what she wishes she'd known in her first month: how a diagnosis works, what to ask a doctor, and where to start. There’s a lot to take in after a PCOS diagnosis. It makes sense to feel a bit lost. Some women go straight to Google. And before long, there are ten tabs open and three different answers to the same question. Some start trying different diets, hoping something will help. Some look for someone to talk to. And some keep it to themselves because they’re still figuring out how they feel about it. Hi I’m Tam. We’ll help you make sense of the information, look at what you most want help with, and choose some manageable changes to start with. We’ll work through food, movement, stress, sleep and your supplement routine, one step at a time. And when a question comes up, you’ll have somewhere to ask it. You’ll also be alongside other women who understand. Somewhere you can say, “I’m finding this hard,” or share a little win and have someone cheer you on. We’re keeping this first group to around 20 women so there’s room for those conversations. It’s included with The First 30 Days Kit, along with AndroEase Plus, CycleBloom, my book and audiobook, and practical guides to help you get started. If you’ve been wanting some help figuring out where to begin, tap below to see the details. I’d love to have you join us. 👉 https://start.nourishednaturalhealth.com/first-30-days

Per-ad visit quality (GA4, to 24 Oct)
The GA4 sessions and engaged time for each ad sit on its card above. Two numbers stand out:
- 16 users left the offer page for the Facebook group link. That link sends a buyer off the page with no way back to the cart. Consider removing it or opening it in a new tab.
- Advertorial visitors from F30 ads averaged 0.7–1.6 seconds. The same advertorial template holds other ad traffic for 60–130 seconds. This points at a mismatch between the F30 ADV ads and the article, or a page that failed to load on the F30 path.
Data you should not trust yet
- GA4 stops at 24 Oct. The 25–26 Oct export has not landed. Those two days hold A$870.49, or 42% of spend.
- GA4 logs every page view twice on start.nourishednaturalhealth.com and pcos-informer.com/first-30-days. Page views run at exactly 2× sessions. The GA4 tag fires twice.
- Engaged time on start. reads 2–5 seconds, median 0. 12% of the same visitors clicked the button, so the timer is wrong, not the visitors. The 90% scroll event also fires for about 90% of sessions. Neither metric is usable on this page.
- 7,584 sessions on /first-30-days have no source at all. They spike on 20 Oct (2,047) and 22 Oct (2,855), days with little or no spend. They look like bots, uptime checks or QA. They are excluded from every number here.
- Section tracking is mislabeled.
section_viewfires aspage_category: homepage,content_group: pcos_repair_kit, and for only 11 users. There is no reliable scroll map of the offer page. - GA4 and Meta do not reconcile. GA4 counts 1,389 sessions with an F30 ad ID up to 24 Oct. Meta counts 1,137 LPVs for the whole life. Reloads and returns inflate GA4. Use Meta LPV as the visit count.
6. Before the next release
- Make
NNH_First30DaysClickfire only on the buy button (cta:"offer"). Track the 4 scroll links under a separate name. - Buy path checked 26 Oct: it works on desktop and mobile.
- Fix the double GA4 page view and the engagement timer on start.nourishednaturalhealth.com.
- Run the ADV vs LP split as planned: same creative, same event, same time.
- Keep F30-ID-046 Looking For 20 and F30-ID-050 PCOS Alone as the base for the next release.
